- Usage data: basic technical information such as log data needed to operate and secure the Service.

- To monitor medical research sources and send you cure alerts and research updates for the conditions you track.
- To process subscription payments and manage billing.

We share limited information with trusted providers solely to operate the Service:
- Stripe — processes subscription payments. Your payment card details are provided directly to Stripe.
- OpenAI — powers the AI analysis of medical research content, including the conditions you track.
- SendGrid — delivers our transactional and alert emails to your inbox.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us.
